As a locally based company serving Hout Bay since 1991 we found ourselves being requested by our clients to branch into the management of Bodies Corporate and Home Owner Associations.
It was a natural growth process which saw us taking on our first Body Corporate during 1998 and we have never looked back since. We are members of NAMA (National Association of Managing Agents) and fully subscribe to their code of conduct. |
